Easyhomefinance built the Easy Home Finance app as a Finance app. This SERVICE is provided by Easy Home Finance Ltd and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Our App uses background Location permission for ensuring you are based in India and for the purpose of on-boarding/ know-your-customer (KYC) requirements 

Our App uses Camera permission for taking pictures. 

We require the access to your device's camera to take images for adding profile pictures, to add images to presentations, and to record videos to submit roleplay challenges

We need this access only while you use this app, on the click of camera option in Profile section and Product Presentations, and on the click of Start Recording button in Roleplay Challenges

The recorded Roleplay Challenge video is stored in our servers and shared for review with the reviewers

The pictures taken for Profile image are not shared by the app with any third party

The pictures added to Product Presentations can we shared by you along with the presentations

You can change this permission anytime from your mobile settings

Our App uses Contacts permission for getting contact information 

Our App uses Phone state permission for getting phone state information

Our App uses Get Accounts permission for getting accounts from devices.

Our App uses Call logs permission for verification purposes. 

Our App uses SMS read permission to access your SMS. we read your SMS to autofill and verify the OTP used to validate your mobile number when creating an account with EHFL - this provides you a seamless experience during that process. We also collect your SMS data to analyse the data around specific financial transactions for statistical analysis or for credit rating.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company's applications may require one-time access to your mobile phone resources such as camera, microphone, location, or any other facility necessary for the purpose of on-boarding/ know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Such access shall only be obtained after seeking your consent. However, the Company shall ensure that the applications desist from accessing resources on your mobile phone such as, file, media, contact list, call logs, and telephony functions.

Our app does not access your device storage or media, however, the Company may ask you to select and upload specific images , Video, File or documents which will be specific to your KYC or underwriting data or related to addressing the complaints raised by you.

Gallery

We require access to Images, Video, File in your Gallery for adding Profile picture  and to add images in Product Presentations

We need this access only while you use this app, on the click Gallery option in Profile Section and Product Presentations

Only the Images, Video, File selected by you will get added to the presentations which can be shared by you.

You can change this permission anytime from mobile settings.

 

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Easy Home Finance unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

While the majority of questions and issues related to access or requests can be handled quickly, complex requests may take more research and time. In such cases, issues will be addressed, or you will be contacted regarding the nature of the problem and appropriate next steps, within 30 days.

EHFL makes sure at all times to implement reasonable security practices and procedures (such as managerial, operational, physical and technical) for the purpose of protection and safeguarding of your personal data as the same is of vital importance to EHFL. b) EHFL adheres to multiple regulatory and statutory requirements like RBI’s Master Direction for NBFC, NPCI guidelines for Data localization, etc.

c) EHFL conducts periodic internal and external audits of its systems.

d) Updates on information security position is updated at regular intervals to Board members, senior management of EHFL via IT committee as well as Risk Management Committee.

e) In all contractual arrangements, we require EHFL employees, third party agencies/service providers to comply with appropriate compliance standards including obligations to protect any information and applying appropriate measures for the use and transfer of information.

EHFL shall ensure to safeguard the security and confidentiality of any data you share with us. Any of your personally identifiable data obtained by us shall not be used or shared other than for the purposes to which you consent. However, despite our utmost efforts to protect your Personal Data, EHFL cannot warrant the security of any data you transmit to us through our online services/ applications.
